Chang Chuan

"Northern Chinese Martial Arts are all Sons of the same Mother"
Liu Yun Qiao

Changquan (Long Fist) is said to be the original kung fu system dating back to the Tai Zhu, the emperor of Sung Dynasty at 960 A.D.

Tan Tui
There is a famous saying in China, "Nanjing dao Beijing tantui chuzhai jiaomenzhong" ("From Nanjing to Beijing, tantui is known throughout religious circles"). Tan tui is one of the most widely practiced sets in guoshu circles. It is most common to the long fist system. Many styles of long fist have adapted this set as an introductory level form. The set originally came from jiao men changquan, or Islamic Sect Long Fist. It is usually taught in 10 or 12 lines or roads, depending on what lineage it is from. Each line is practiced on both sides 3 times at a minimum making one road.

Pao Chuan
Is our second form. It is designed to emphasis long fists power issues. Long power. Not power from a long range, but long power from a short or close range. If Tan Tui teaches the straight lines, than Pao Chuan teaches the corners and angles.
